What is the difference between private and group tours?
The difference is huge. Private tours are fully adjusted to your preferences and can be easily modified if our guests want so. The itinerary is never too strict and can be changed in order to provide the perfect experience for you as our guests.
What should I bring with me on the tour?
No matter which tour we are talking about, a pair of comfortable walking shoes are a good choice to wear. A camera, sunscreen, and sunglasses are advised as well. Each tour has its own specific requirements and those will be discussed with you before the tour.
Do you provide tours for disabled people?
Yes, we provide tour services for the disabled people. Of course, there are some tours with restrictions and it is not good idea to take disabled people on them (too windy, too wave etc.). Please, if you are disabled or you travel with disabled people, make sure you notify us on time so that we can prepare an adequate vehicle and discuss the tour in advance.
Are your tours kids friendly?
Majority of our tours can be done with children.
What type of vehicle can I choose?
Group tours are determined by the size of the group and they are usually operated by minibuses and buses.
For your private tours you can choose a standard car, minivan up to 8 persons, minibus up to 14 persons, bus up to 50 persons.
Do vehicles have air condition?
Yes, all vehicles are equipped with air condition.
Can I carry pets in the transfer vehicle?
It is possible to provide transportation of pets, but only if they are properly placed in their travel boxes and put in the cargo hold of our vehicles.
How can I order my airport transfer and what if there are some flight delays?
You can book the transfers in the same way you book any of our tours. Do not worry about the delays, it happens often, but our drivers will take that delays in consideration and be waiting for you there. Please, make sure that you give the correct number of your flight and the cell phone number so you can be reached.
Does the price of the tour include tip?
No. Giving a tip is optional and it is absolutely up to you. By giving tips to tour guides and drivers you tell them how satisfied you are with them and their service. It is not mandatory and it should be given in cash. According to Croatian law, tip cannot be charged by credit card.
How can we pay for the tour?
Cash, Credit Card and Bank transfer are accepted.
If you book your tour online, you will leave your credit card number as a warranty. All tours can be canceled 2 weeks before the expected day of the tour. In case of health issues, all tours except the boat tours can be canceled last minute.
